武汉岸芷汀兰复式楼说明：

本案位于湖北经济学院汀兰苑，屋主夫妻是高校教师。宽敞的复式楼，常住人口为一家三口。那么，高级知识分子的家是什么样？一个真正有品质的居住空间，简洁不失雅致，沉静亦有时髦感。

This case is located in Ting Lan Yuan, Hubei University of Economics. The spacious duplex building has a population of three households.Then, what is the home of senior intellectuals? A truly quality living space, simple and elegant, quiet and sometimes fashionable.

在结构上没有做过多的调整，结构处理的巧妙之处在于对入户玄关和楼梯位细节构思。

Structural adjustment has not been done much, the cleverness of structural treatment lies in the details of the entrance porch and staircase.

1. 设立玄关，安置鞋柜，解除进门一览客厅全貌的尴尬。

1. Set up a porch, relocate the shoe cabinet, and relieve the embarrassment of the whole sitting room.

2.将楼梯入口设立在玄关、客厅与餐厅的动线交汇处，既是分界之意，也为过渡之用。

3.二楼挑高层过道原为弧形地面，现浇扩大过道面积，在过道顶端设立钢琴位。

本案采用的黑色哑光不锈钢线条、暖灰色刷漆壁布、胡桃木饰面板和地面的白色大理石形成有层次、有质感的居住空间。

The black matte stainless steel line, warm gray paint wall cloth, walnut decorative panel and white marble on the ground form a layered, textured living space.
