本案楼盘定位以新东方荆风楚韵,打造人文豪宅产品。因此在设计之初,考虑既承袭东方礼序,同时结合现代文明的基调。入口门厅是一个挑空空间,也是模型沙盘的展示区域。顶面天花通过现代的方式塑造了榫卯结构元素天花造型,左右两边的墙面运用真丝刺绣的形式展示中式元素的壁画装饰。入口门厅右侧,经过户模展示区和儿童游乐区,是洽谈区域。洽谈区通过书架设置营造空间和东方人文美学氛围,在分割空间作用的同时,更丰富了洽谈区空间的观赏性。室内造景的枯山水形式,更是烘托出浓浓的东方气息。入口门厅左侧,是销控台区域,经过销控台区域是人文书院。这里通过书籍营造空间底蕴,丰富层次。琴棋书画在这里得到很好表达东方美学生活,呼应产品主题。
This case of real estate positioning to new Oriental local characteristic culture called Jingfeng Chuyun, to create humanistic mansion products. Therefore, at the beginning of the design, we should not only inherit the oriental etiquette, but also combine the mood of modern civilization. The entrance vestibulum is a void space and also a display area of model sand table. The ceiling on the top surface has modeled the ceiling of mortise and tenon structural elements in a modern way. The walls on the left and right sides use silk embroidery to display the fresco decoration of Chinese elements. On the right side of the entrance hall, through the model display are and children's playground, is the negotiation area. The negotiat on area creates space and Oriental humanistic aesthetic atmosphere through bookshelf setting, which enriches the ornamentality of the negotiation area space while dividing the space function. Japanese rock garden form of indoor landscape, but also foil a dense Oriental flavor. The purpose is to construct spatial details and enrich levels through books. Lyre-playing, chess, calligraphy and painting get a good expression of Oriental aesthetic life here, echoing the product theme.
