文化发生器：激活老汉口文化历史街区

武汉警察博物馆位于武汉市江岸区胜利街，原为德租界工部局巡捕房旧址。该百年优秀历史建筑，兼具历史感和艺术感。系统思考业态、内容、事件，设计者基于“涌现”理论，重新定义博物馆，将其打造为老汉口历史街区的文化发生器。

（1）   建筑遗产活化：充分保留原有建筑格局，植入展览、图书馆、论坛等诸多业态，新旧共融。

（2）   多维展览叙事：特色内容挖掘——武汉警察史的十个历史之最；故事性叙事——与张之洞的渊源、父子警察的故事；趣味互动体验——微缩模型、物理互动装置、多媒体展项等。

（3）   激发文化事件：设计“空间”转为设计“事件”——志愿者参与文物修复、专家媒体人进行专业导览等。

Culture Generator:

Activate the Cultural and Historical Block of Old Hankou

Wuhan Police Museum is located in Shengli Street, Jiang'an District, Wuhan. It was formerly the site of the patrol house of the Ministry of Industry of the German concession. The outstanding historic building has a sense of history and art. Thinking on business format, content and events systematically, based on the "Emergence" theory, the designer redefined the museum and built it into a cultural generator of the old Hankou historical district.

（1）   Activation of Architectural Heritage: fully retain the original architectural pattern, implant many formats such as exhibition, library and forums, and integrate the old and the new.

（2）   Multidimensional Exhibition Narration: 1) Characteristic content digging: the top ten histories of Wuhan police history. 2) Story Narration: the origin with Zhang Zhidong and the story of father and son police. 3) Interesting interactive experience: miniature models, physical interactive devices, multimedia exhibitions, etc.

（3）   Stimulate Cultural Events: Turn design "space" into design "events", volunteers participate in cultural relics restoration, experts and media people conduct professional guidance, etc.
