房屋整体打破以往欧式深沉的色彩，使用白色调与灰色调相互融合，把简欧设计融入现代设计中达到浑然一体的居家风格。这个住宅的有趣之处，在于根据空间尺寸定制出的各式柜体将家具赋予实用性功能性，并与全屋形成自然过渡。

卧室地板以纯粹的木色人字形地板为中性基调，拼接自然，有质感的衔接，亦能体现现代舒适，有时尚感的特性。主卧背景墙是女主人曾经留学美国纽约的曼哈顿天际线，熟悉而温馨的场景是独属于她的难忘回忆。而这幅壁画显现的纵深感从视觉上拉大了整个空间。

楼梯上方摆放的钢琴是供女主人休闲的地方，设计师别具一格的错间设计，使得整个屋子更加富有感情色彩。生活里的递进，不失品味不失温馨。

对于主卫，设计师巧妙利用开放式布局，呈现了光线自由穿梭。轻奢风格的大理石地砖和墙面相呼应，高级灰的搭配与嵌入式浴缸，可以使辛苦忙碌了一天的业主得到片刻放松。

The entire residential space have decided to use both white and gray hues to incorporated with modern simplicity. At the beginning of this project, JCD have had several meetings with the owners in order to better comprehend to the project and assist the clients to pursuit their idea home. In this case, JCD have used a lot customized furniture and carpenter crafts to harmonized the space with esthetic and practicability. In the master bedroom, JCD want to give a warmness to it but do not want to break the white and gray hues pattern. Therefore, JCD chose to have a dark brown tone “zig-zag” shaped wooden floor to give a neutral boost yet modern chic to the space. JCD used a customized New York City landscape wall papers as a background behind the bed. The reasons to use this wallpaper are as follow: 1) The NYC landscape has sentimental value to the owner because she have been living in NYC for years; 2)The black and white wall paper is the great choice to emphasize the visual impact while other sides were pale blanks. The master bathroom is spacious by using all natural color marbles from the wall to the floor. By placed the bathtub aside with the window gives the owner a natural light while enjoyed the bathing time. Music played an important role to the owner. Therefore, during the design phase. JCD planned to give a well marked area where for piano to display and performed. by borrowed space from the living room, JCD able to extend an area aside from the stairs which also can be a great scenario from the main entrance of the project. JCD’s design is always revolving around client’s demand.
